Welcome to Custom Status PRO, a Shopify app built and operated by Innerforce Sports LLC, creators of The Sheep Lab, a suite of tools designed for modern made-to-order merchants. By installing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy.

Collectively, they form your legal agreement with us.

 

1. Use of the Services

By using the app, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into agreements.

  • You will use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and Shopify’s policies.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

  • You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

Use of bots or automated tools to register or interact with the Services is strictly prohibited.

 

2. Payment, Plans & Billing

  • Free plans do not require payment and do not sell or share user data.

  • Paid plans are billed via Shopify’s subscription billing system.

  • Trial periods (if offered) are clearly disclosed before activation.

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with use of the app.

  • All charges are processed through Shopify, and we defer to their billing terms.

 

3. Cancellation & Termination

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Shopify admin.

  • Upon cancellation, access to the app is revoked and all associated data will be deleted within 30–60 days.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the app, or threaten others.

 

4. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to update, improve, modify, or discontinue features of the app at any time. We may adjust pricing or plans with at least 30 days’ notice.

 

5. Data & Privacy

By using our Services, you allow us to process your store’s data as outlined in our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell or share personal data.

You agree that we may:

  • Access limited store data to deliver our app functionality.

  • Store metadata and logs to improve app performance and ensure security.

  • Use anonymized or aggregated data to improve the product.

We do not access your content unless:

  • You request support.

  • We detect an error that requires manual fix.

  • Required by law under proper legal authority.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your own data.

  • We retain rights to the app’s design, branding, and codebase.

  • You may not duplicate or resell our services or components without written permission.

 

7. APIs and Fair Use

Use of any API functionality must comply with our guidelines. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in throttling or account suspension.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Innerforce Sports LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business arising out of your use of the app.

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innerforce Sports LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law.
